• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting.
• OpenAI — AI-powered property condition analysis. Property listing text may be sent to OpenAI for analysis. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
• MLS Grid — Source of MLS property listing data.
• Vercel — Application hosting.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you cancel your subscription, your account data may be retained for a reasonable period for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
