1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ARV Pilot ("the Service"), operated by Ruggiero Real Estate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ARV Pilot is a real estate investment analysis platform that provides AI-powered property valuations, comparable sales analysis, rehab cost estimates, and deal scoring using MLS data. The Service is designed as a research and analysis tool to assist real estate investors in evaluating potential investments.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
  • After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at the current monthly rate.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit MLS data or reports generated by the Service without authorization.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Service.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Service's operation, security, or infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Not Professional Advice

The Service is an informational tool only. Nothing provided by ARV Pilot constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional real estate advice. All property valuations, estimates, and analyses are approximations based on available data and AI models. You should always consult with licensed professionals before making real estate investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARV Pilot and Ruggiero Real Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, analysis, or valuation provided by the Service. MLS data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Property conditions, market conditions, and other factors can change rapidly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and algorithms, are the property of Ruggiero Real Estate and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your personal investment analysis purposes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
